Since then, we have grown rapidly, doubling our turnover year-on-year and building strong, long-term partnerships with some of the industry’s biggest names.
That growth has been down to our ability to tailor programmes and initiatives to the needs of the organisations we work with. In turn, we have quickly become one of the most recognisable voices in this area: respected thought leaders and champions for a better-integrated, more equal and rewardingly diverse construction industry.
As time has gone on, it has been a natural progression for us to get involved in equality and diversity strategy. Today, we take the role of helping organisations instigate and implement change very seriously. And, after helping to develop the Built Environment Fairness, Inclusion and Respect Framework (BeFair), we now have a practical benchmarking system that will benefit businesses today and provide future generations with the knowledge, tools and mindsets to continually improve the industry.
