Caroline has been with Constructing Equality Ltd since 2012 – in that time she has led an internal research project commissioned by CITB, supported the development of the Be Fair Framework and led the delivery of the Be Fair Framework Pilot as well as taken on the human resource and operations functions of the business.
Previously she played integral roles at CITB from 1994 until 2007 with her efforts focused on learning and development; as she started her career there working with Apprenticeships and went on to manage the Education Team.
