Business Administrator – IT
Paul has been with Constructing Equality Ltd since January 2013 during which time he has completed an Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration and completed the first year of an undergraduate degree in IT and Business at Liverpool Hope University.
Leaving school in 2009 with good GCSEs, Paul studied A Levels at 6th Form but felt he needed work-based learning to start his career – finding his place at Constructing Equality Ltd has enabled Paul to complete his Advanced Apprenticeship whilst also commencing his part-time university studies.
It has been no mean feat for Paul to complete the apprenticeship, begin his university studies and meet the demands of a full time job but Paul’s quiet drive has seen him thrive in this role.
Since starting with Constructing Equality Ltd Paul has taken over the management of the IT systems, including security and safety, for the business and has utilised his talents and skills to enable the smooth tracking of the Be Fair Framework pilot, the delivery of technical and admin support to pilot companies as well as the customising of the learning management system for the business’s eLearning products.
