Subcontractors wanted for £5m Liverpool refurb

A charity for the homeless is looking for trade contractors to help with the £5m refurbishment of its main hostel in Liverpool.

Chapter 1 is looking for a whole range of specialists for the job which is due to start in the New Year and last 13 months.

The following packages are available:

  • Soft strip and demolition including asbestos removal
  • Scaffold
  • Structural works
  • Raised floors
  • Tanking
  • Lift
  • Internal partitions
  • Soundproofing
  • Roofing including leadwork and rainwater goods
  • External repairs
  • Drainage
  • Hard and soft landscaping
  • Mechanical, electrical and public health installations
  • Glazing
  • Carpentry and joinery
  • Ironmongery
  • Commercial kitchen
  • Flooring
  • Decorating
