Saunders Partnership Architects has promoted Sarah Bolsover to head of its new strategic North West office in Manchester.
Bolsover, an associate director, will lead a team working with clients including Tesco, Waitrose, Barratt Homes, Crest Nicholson, Solum Regeneration, Land Securities and Manchester City Council.
Saunders has also completed a deal with HIMOR Group to take 1,152 sq ft of ground floor office space at Clarence House on Clarence Street.
The building has undergone an extensive refurbishment, which is due for completion next month.
The company is currently based on the fifth floor of The Exchange, New York Street.
Bolsover said: “I see this as an exciting opportunity and I am really looking forward to working with the rest of Saunders’ Group offices across the country to further raise the profile of the practice in this region.
